Qualification

  1. A recognized degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2 to 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role (experience in handling administrative tasks is a plus).
  3. Knowledge or experience in accounting is a major advantage.
  4. Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage all HR-related tasks including recruitment, employee onboarding, leave management, and performance evaluations specifically for an assigned project.
  2. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations, including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions related to the assigned project.
  3. Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely salary disbursements related to the assigned project.
  4. Maintain employee records and manage the administration of benefits programs.
  5. Handle employee grievances and manage disciplinary procedures where necessary.
  6. Support office administrative functions, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  7. Assist in preparing reports for management and supporting documentation for claims or audits.
  8. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.
  9. Assist with organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  10. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Working Hours

  1. Regular working hours: 0830 - 1730 (Monday - Friday)
  2. Occasional additional hours may be required during critical operations.
  3. One (1) hour lunch break daily
  4. Two (2) hours on Fridays for Muslim male prayers
