Responsibilities:

Assist department directors and HR personnel in carrying out daily employee management and transaction handling:

  • Review, develop, and operate HR management policies and processes.
  • Support onboarding and exit, talent supply, performance management, learning and development, people-job matching and compensation, and daily incentives.
  • Management and O&M of non-employee IT services;
  • Supplier management;
  • Internal control security and compliance management;
  • Support the implementation of other related work.
  • Requirements:

  • Majors in HR management are preferred.
  • Brave in innovation, good at summarization, and strong in execution.
  • Good at learning, initiative, earnest and strict in doing things, strong sense of responsibility, good at communicating with others, and affinity;
