The HRBP will play a strategic role in supporting business objectives by using technology, social media, and data-driven solutions to shape our employee experience and strengthen our company culture.. HR Business Partner who is skilled in HR digitalization, social media, and employer branding, and who can effectively leverage our company website and internal portal to attract, engage, and retain talent. This role will focus on enhancing our employee experience, driving employee retention strategies, and promoting a culture of growth and development within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Strategic HR Support
- Align HR practices with business objectives and support the overall strategic direction of the company.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing insights on HR strategies to improve workforce effectiveness.
2) Talent Management & Development
- Support managers with performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Identify key retention risks and develop proactive solutions to retain high-performing employees.
3) Employee Retention & Engagement
- Design and implement initiatives to boost employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and address areas for improvement.
- Assist in the design of recognition programs and engagement activities that drive a culture of growth and achievement
4) Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
5) Employer Branding & Social Media Engagement
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance our presence on social media platforms.
- Manage the company’s HR-related social media content and campaigns to highlight company culture, career growth opportunities, and employee success stories.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role with a focus on digital transformation, social media, or employer branding.
- Strong understanding of HR technologies, digital platforms, and data analytics.
- Creative and results-oriented with a track record of driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media marketing and employer branding in an HR context.
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools and experience using data to influence decision-making.
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and talent retention programs.
