Area of Responsibilities

App Awareness & Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for the wellness app.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email, and mobile marketing) as well as offline marketing campaign to promote app downloads.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media to promote the app to the target audience and increase app visibility.

Content Strategy & App Engagement:

  • Oversee the creation and management of engaging in-app content (articles, videos, push notifications, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure the app's content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with wellness trends.
  • Track user behavior and optimize content to increase app retention and engagement.

Monetization Strategy:

  • Assist the development and implementation of the app's monetization strategies, including subscription models, in-app purchases, and partnerships.
  • Analyze data, user behavior and metrics to optimize app features and drive user engagement and conversions as well as to identify opportunities monetization effectiveness.

Events & Community Engagement:

  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and workshops to increase app awareness and user engagement.
  • Build partnerships with wellness and healthcare professionals to extend the app's reach and credibility.
  • Manage virtual wellness workshops, webinars, and participate in industry events to increase the app's market presence.

Business Development:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with target users, health providers and wellness influencers to enhance the app's value proposition.
  • Promote in app products and services.
  • Develop long-term business strategies to grow the app's user base and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch promotions and campaigns.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on app performance, marketing campaign results, and monetization metrics for senior management.

Other:

  • To perform tasks assigned by superiors as needed from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in marketing, business development, or related roles, preferably within the digital or wellness industry.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strategic Understanding: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, customer acquisition funnels, and retention strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trends and audience preferences in the wellness industry.
  • Content Management Skills: Experience with content management and user engagement strategies for mobile applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
