We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to join our team and take charge of our sales strategy, team performance and market innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meeting Sales Targets & KPIs

  • Lead the charge in achieving sales KPIs at the country level
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure targets are consistently hit

2. Identifying New Marketing Opportunities & Building Relationships

  • Spot unique upselling opportunities and explore new ways to offer our services
  • Build strong relationships with new clients and potential business partners to drive growth

3. Analyzing Market Trends

  • Stay on top of the latest market trends and competitor activities
  • Find innovative ways to enhance and diversify our product and service offerings

4. Collaborate with Other Departments

  • Work closely with other departments to identify strategic opportunities that increase revenue, such as pitching for production projects or uncovering PR opportunities for inhouse talents

5. Regional Sales Reporting

  • Provide bi-weekly updates on sales progress during regional calls

6. Sales planning

  • Stay informed about current sales figures, understand the sales pipeline and develop strategies to expand it

7. Developing and Implementing Effective Client Strategies

  • Identify gaps and innovate ways to collaborate with influencers and content creators to deliver outstanding client solutions

8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in leading a sales team and hitting targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with clients and partners.
  • Up-to-date with market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.
  • Familiar with CRM tools like Netsuite.
  • Experience in the media, digital marketing, or talent management industry is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, local influencers
  • Solid people and organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise and multitask in a demanding environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English
