Job Description:
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-level technical assistance and support for Neotel Technology's AI-integrated automation systems. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technology and AI applications within manufacturing, as well as bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively engage with clients across Southeast Asia and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical support for Neotel’s AI and automation-enabled storage and handling systems, both remotely and on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and AI-related system issues to maintain peak performance.
Partner with engineering and R&D teams to integrate client feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct training for customers on system operation, AI features, and best practices for automation.
Support the installation, configuration, and commissioning of AI-enhanced systems at client sites.
Document technical resolutions and update support resources to streamline future troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, software, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in technical support with a focus on AI and automation technologies.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on problem-solving in AI-driven environments.
Ability to travel within Southeast Asia and North America as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with automated storage systems or smart manufacturing solutions incorporating AI.
Knowledge of machine learning, robotics, and related automation technologies.
