Barista

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Baristas to help us build and launch our new café. This role involves collaborating with the founding team to create an inviting atmosphere, develop a unique menu, and establish efficient operational processes. Key Responsibilities: • Project Management: Oversee the café setup process, including renovations, equipment procurement, and vendor management. • Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and baristas to create a diverse and appealing menu that aligns with our concept. • Market Research: Analyze local market trends and customer preferences to inform menu offerings and marketing strategies. • Staff Recruitment & Training: Assist in hiring and training staff to ensure high standards of service and product quality. • Marketing & Promotion: Help develop marketing strategies to promote the café before and after launch, including social media campaigns and community outreach. • Customer Experience: Design the café layout and ambiance to enhance customer experience. • Operational Processes: Establish and document standard operating procedures for daily operations, including inventory management and customer service protocols.
