PROJECT DESIGNER

1) To co-ordinate and assist the Designer Manager in the pre-contract activities of design inception, Design Development and Contract Documentation for the Interior Design works. 2)Proficiency in MS Office applications, and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Auto CAD & SketchUp 3) To support Contract Department for BQ and costing when necessary 4) To create and update interior architecture drawings including Interior Plan, and detail drawings, for proposal, construction, and as-built with quality control. 5)Review quality of construction material at site and ensure compliance with project quality plan (PQP) & specifications. 6)To create and update material specifications in coordination with the supplier. 7)Candidate with QA/QC experience will be prioritize.
