Responsibilities:
- Perform helpdesk support common/quick fix solution to end users over the phone/email/remote assistance.
- Provide efficient and effective support on daily Call Centre Operation.
- Handle and resolve incoming calls (including product enquiries, service request, feedback & complaints) as per contact centre standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Ability to multi-task systems while providing service and resolving customer issues, upgrades, etc.
- Promptly and methodically respond to customer inquiries to identify and resolve issues with initiative and good judgment.
- Performed a variety of concurrent tasks, handled escalations, time critical issues, maintained time sensitive records and create reports.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Requirement:
- Cert / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Responsible, independent, excellent in time management and to be multi-tasking.
- Dynamic in the interaction with colleagues and have good working attitude.
- Good communication skill in verbal and written – English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
