Account Executive

Responsible for maintaining a full set of accounts for the companies assigned, including but not limited to daily operations, accounts preparation, tax related matters, internal control, etc. * Reconcile intercompany accounts; assist the management to resolve all intercompany balance issues. * Assist and coordinate all tax matters work with tax agent and ensure tax computation is submitted to IRB timely. * Liaise with bankers, corporate secretary, internal/external auditors, tax agents and etc. * To support external and internal audit requirements; * To assist during the on-site annual audit with external auditors; * To perform internal audit as requested * Other Ad-Hoc as per management Requirements: 1) Experience in doing full set of accounts 2)Attention to details 3) Honest 4) Time-bound
