Initiate corrective actions and oversee their implementation. 2) New Product Introduction Prepare essential documentation, including work instruction, inspection reports, and Lot Acceptance Testing Reports. Evaluate production performance. Ensure product quality standards are met. Conduct Measurement System Analysis Conduct FMEA review Prepare PPAP submission package and submission to customer 3) Development of Inspection Instructions Define precise inspection criteria Conduct visual inspections and verify layout and cleanliness. 4) Management of Non-Conforming Products Implement processes for non-conforming products. Maintain transparent communication with customers. 5) Change Notifications Proactively inform customers about relevant changes. Seek and secure necessary approvals. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Metal Stamping, Tool & Die) or equivalent. • QA/CS/FA/NPI Preparation • A minimum of 2 years working experience in quality-related role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous. • Familiar with ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
