  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a JIGS, MOULDS & MECHANISATION SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. To design and fabricate the new jigs and fixture depends on the product to increase the productivity. To ensure the parts are achieve the dimensions during process by using the correct jigs and fixture. Taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. Have the learning attitude and capacity to work with team. Responsible in making the loading sequence. Lead to develop new concept or idea. Able to inspect products and select the correct shop equipment. Responsible to identify problems during a task and create solutions. Responsible in discussing operational requirements. Able to do research on new and existing materials and assessing their suitability for use. Lead in running computer models and able to analyze data to identify opportunities to improve. Responsible in developing products and teach to make internal and external component specifications and drawings. Insures coordination of specialists and experts on the extended team. Inspection of the materials procured and finished components. Ensuring the quality of the finished components. Maintaining the critical dimension and accuracy and close tolerance. Maintaining the report on daily production process. Job Skills & Requirement: The required skills for the position JIGS, MOULDS & MECHANISATION SPECIALIST are as follow: Minimum 5 years and above experience in jigs and mould. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Adhere to safety and quality policies. Effective problem-solving abilities. Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. Candidate must possess relevant education certification.
