Develop floral design plans and proposals, including sketches or digital mockups if necessary.
Sourcing and Ordering
- Source and order flowers and floral supplies from wholesalers or local markets.
- Ensure all flowers are fresh and of high quality.
  Preparation and Arrangement
  - Prepare and condition flowers for optimal freshness and longevity.
  - Arrange flowers according to design plans, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with the wedding theme.
    Delivery and Setup
    - Coordinate the delivery of floral arrangements to the wedding venue.
    - Set up floral decorations at the venue, ensuring all elements are correctly placed and look perfect.
      Maintenance and Breakdown
      - Provide any necessary maintenance of floral arrangements throughout the wedding day.
      - Oversee the breakdown and removal of floral decorations after the event.

The role often requires working on weekends, holidays, and evenings to accommodate wedding schedules.
Physical labor is involved, including lifting and moving heavy floral arrangements and standing for long periods.
Travel to various locations for consultations, sourcing materials, and setting up wedding venues is often necessary.
