Job Description

1. Administer for onboarding process such as Pre Medical Checkup, Background Check, Reference Check, and etc.
2. Prepare onboarding items such as access cards, ID Tags, parking sticker and etc for new employees & interns prior their joining date.
3. Scheduling and conducting interviews for the shortlisted candidates through hiring drives.
4. Compiling new joiners & intern onboarding documents
5. Reply to inquiries in the Human Capital Email
6. New joiners database movement update with details of new employees such as personal, educational, and employment details
7. New joiners onboarding update with details of new employees such as personal and employment details
8. Assist in orientation programs for new hires
9. Coordinating and planning events

10. Will be rotate to several functions in Human Capital Department such as Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations

Work Location: Shah Alam

Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource/Business Management or any other relevant courses
