JOB DESCRIPTION: Leasing • Handling all leasing activities including agreements, rental renewals and property reservations. • Keep proper and organized record of all the agreement files. Sales • Assist retail operation with product consultant inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and customer satisfaction. • Provides assistance in retail operations when staffing levels are insufficient. Facilities • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior for all outlets. • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders. • Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for all outlets. Admin • Maintain up to date product delivery schedule, sales records and generate reports as required. • General administrative duties such as forms preparation, document, compilation and filing. REQUIREMENTS • Candidate must possess at least a STPM/Diploma in any field • At least 2 years of Retail Operation experience in handling several outlets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality. • Basic knowledge of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook) • Able to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays. • Willing to travel and possess own transport
