Position Overview: The Operations Manager for Indonesia will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient supply chain processes, distribution, and customer satisfaction in the region. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the Indonesian market to drive the company's growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all operations in Indonesia, ensuring efficient supply chain management, inventory control, and product distribution. Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and ensure product availability, timeliness, and quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, distributors, and customers. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align operational processes with business objectives. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to drive growth and profitability. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all operational areas. Manage a local team, providing leadership, training, and performance oversight. Ensure effective and timely communication between headquarters and the Indonesia office. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the food distribution or retail sector. Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ability to work independently and manage a team. Willingness to travel within Indonesia.
