Performance Marketing Specialist (Social Media) We are looking for an experienced and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and Execute Digital Campaigns: o Develop and implement performance marketing strategies, focusing on social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. o Manage and optimise campaigns through platform-specific tools such as Ad Manager to maximise results. o Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different strategies for continuous performance improvement. • Content Creation and Ad Copywriting: o Create compelling ad copy and develop content briefs that align with campaign objectives. o Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure engaging and on-brand visual assets. o Design landing page wireframes and coordinate with designers to ensure alignment with marketing goals. • Campaign Monitoring and Optimisation: o Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide detailed analysis and reporting. o Track KPIs and ROI to assess the effectiveness of each campaign and suggest data-driven optimisations. o Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, tech, and SEO, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. • Website and Content Management: o Ensure client websites and landing pages are up-to-date and aligned with current campaigns. o Work with development teams to maintain the accuracy and functionality of digital assets. Requirements: • Experience: o A minimum of 2 years of experience running campaigns across major social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. o Proven expertise in using Ad Manager for campaign setup and management. o Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analysing performance. • Technical and Platform Knowledge: o Hands-on experience with platform-specific tools and best practices for optimising campaigns. o Knowledge of current trends and innovations in performance marketing and social media advertising. • Skills: o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed campaign decisions. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset. o Effective multitasking and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
