Operations Manager (Sultanate of Oman)

Position Overview: The Operations Manager in Oman will manage all aspects of engineering and construction operations, ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction, and the optimization of resources. The role requires strong leadership to drive team performance, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain high standards in all operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee engineering and construction operations across Oman, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination and resource allocation. Foster strong relationships with local clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and industry standards. Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution. Promote a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement across the region. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in operations management within engineering or construction sectors. Fluent in Arabic and English. Knowledge of Oman's construction industry regulations and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
