Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of mechanics, providing technical support, training, and performance evaluations. Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and safety regulations, and address any quality issues promptly. Customer Service Support: Collaborate with the service desk to provide accurate job estimates and timelines, and occasionally communicate with customers to clarify work details or issues. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage parts and supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to prevent delays in service. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workshop to ensure the safety of team members and visitors. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used. Report any recurring issues or operational improvements to management.
