Graphic Designer

- Design visually engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations to support various marketing initiatives, including social media, website, prints and advertising materials. - Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and promotions. - Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards. - Oversee the production of digital and print assets, including posters, brochures, banners, and social media - Manage the organization and storage of design assets and files for easy accessibility by the team. - Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the brand remains innovative and visually compelling. - Assist in creating storyboards and mock-ups for presentations, ad campaigns, and internal pitches. - Work closely with content creators and copywriters to develop cohesive and effective visual content. - Conduct quality control checks on design work before final output to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications. Job Requirements 1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. 3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Canva. 4. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility in visual design. 5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time-management skills. 6. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. 7. Familiarity with web development, basic animation or video editing software is a plus. 8. Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new design tools and industry trends.
