We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Admin Executive who is enthusiastic about traveling to join our team. As an Admin Executive with a passion for exploration, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our company while being willing and ready to travel as needed. Responsibilities: •Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence. •Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff, both locally and internationally. •Travel to different locations as required to provide on-site administrative support and assist with project coordination. •Maintain and update office records, files, and documents in both physical and digital formats, even while on the move. •Provide logistical support for company events, conferences, and seminars, whether in-house or at external venues. •Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries even when traveling between locations. •Assist in preparing reports and presentations, and ensure timely submission while on business trips. •Liaise with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, during business trips and on-site assignments. •Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across different branches or project sites. •Perform general administrative duties in various work environments, including corporate offices, remote sites, and client locations. Requirements: •Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role. •Willingness and enthusiasm to travel locally and internationally, as required by business needs. •Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). •High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, even while on the move. •Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. •Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in dynamic and varied work environments. •A positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative during business trips. •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
