Overall Job Function: The Marketing Executive will support the development, execution, and management of marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and contribute to increased customer engagement. Key Job Duties: 1. Content Creation (Writing, Graphic, Photo, and Video) - Lead content creation for the brand's social media platforms from ideation, planning, recording, and design to publishing. - Develop written, graphic, and video content that resonates with the target audience and enhances brand identity. - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive brand message across all platforms. 3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management o Oversee social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and monitoring engagement metrics. o Develop social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and boost brand visibility. o Optimize digital campaigns using SEO, Google Ads, and paid social strategies to maximize online reach and lead generation. 4. Brand Collaboration Initiatives o Plan, discuss, and execute brand collaboration initiatives to enhance brand exposure. o Work with external partners to manage collaborative campaigns that align with brand goals, increasing visibility and engagement. 5. Marketing Collaterals Execution o Assist in the execution of marketing collaterals for ongoing campaigns, including designing, providing editable templates, and liaising with printer partners to ensure high-quality production. o Ensure all collaterals align with brand standards and campaign objectives. 6. Content Creation & Copywriting o Draft, edit, and proofread marketing materials, including emails, brochures, blog posts, and social media posts. o Coordinate with design teams to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand aesthetics. 7. Market Research & Analysis o Conduct market research to identify target audience needs, competitor activities, and trends. o Gather and analyze data from campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and ROI, providing insights to improve future campaigns. 8. Event Management & Coordination o Support in planning and executing company events, exhibitions, or sponsorships, ensuring alignment with brand goals. o Coordinate logistics and liaise with event vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. 9. Customer Engagement & Feedback Collection o Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain customers through effective marketing initiatives. o Gather customer feedback to enhance product/service offerings and improve overall customer satisfaction. 10. Administrative & Reporting o Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and marketing initiatives. o Assist in budget tracking for marketing activities, ensuring campaigns stay within the allocated budget. 11. Continuous Learning & Development o Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing advancements, and new platforms to enhance marketing effectiveness. o Regularly attend workshops, webinars, or training sessions to improve marketing knowledge and skills. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools. Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation are an advantage. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is beneficial.
