Candidate must be registered with PROTEGE programme. 1.1 Job Scope - Prepare monthly payroll; - Maintain employees record and filling; - Checking employees claims and allowance; - Preparing purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices etc. - Recording payment voucher / journal voucher on accounting software - Update Employee Act and requirement; - Assist on preparing proposal, tender and quotation; - Assist on Company's licenses. 1.2 Requirement - Minimum 1 year working experience in related fields; - Minimum Degree requirement; - PC literate and able to work independently.
