As a Warehouse Picker, your main responsibility is to efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. You'll work in a warehouse environment, selecting products from shelves or designated areas according to order specifications. Responsibilities: Order Picking: Review and understand picking orders or packing lists. Locate products in the warehouse based on order requirements. Select the correct quantity and items for each order. Packaging and Labeling: Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment. Quality Control: Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing. Ensure orders meet quality standards and are error-free. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and warehouse procedures. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently if required. Requirements: Prior experience in a warehouse or similar setting preferred. Ability to read and understand picking orders or packing lists. Attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders. Physical stamina for lifting and moving items as required. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools (training may be provided). Basic math and counting skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
