Hotel F & B Supervisor

Key responsibilities:- - Managing daily operation of the assigned F & B outlet. - Work closely with team member to ensure excellent service is provided to the customer. - Training scheduling & managing outlet staff. - Monitoring & overseeing inventor. - Inspect food quality to ensure standard. - Ensure health & food safety regulation is met. - Maintains effective presence in the outlet, checking guest satisfaction & resolving food quality & service complain. - Assist in monitoring staff performance. - Assist F & B Manager in financial control an in charge of POS, closing cash handling. - Assist in event & marketing campaigns for the outlet. - Willing to work by shift.
