About the Role We are seeking a visionary Content Strategy & Innovation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead content strategy development, driving innovative approaches to engage our target audience and reinforce our brand’s voice across all channels. As the content leader, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling, data-driven content strategies that meet business goals and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Content Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, leveraging insights from research and analytics. - Innovation in Content: Drive innovative approaches in content creation, format experimentation, and interactive storytelling to keep the brand at the forefront of content trends. - Content Optimization: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of content across channels, optimizing based on performance metrics and audience insights. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with overall business strategies. - Editorial Oversight: Oversee the content development process, maintaining high standards for creativity, clarity, and consistency in voice and tone. - Market and Audience Research: Conduct regular research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to identify opportunities for content innovation. - Analytics and Reporting: Set KPIs for content performance, track and report on metrics, and use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. - Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of content creators, writers, and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years in content strategy, digital content marketing, or a related field, with a portfolio of successful content strategies and campaigns. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Skills: - Deep understanding of digital content channels, including SEO, social media, video, and multimedia. - Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management platforms. - Strong editorial skills with exceptional attention to detail and consistency. - Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. - Familiarity with audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing. - Attributes: Strategic thinker, collaborative, innovative, results-oriented, and passionate about storytelling and content innovation.
