Logistics Executive

Job Summary Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right place at the right time. Must take care of inventory management and the documentation involved in ingoing and outgoing movement of goods. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the transportation of goods from factory to warehouses or site. • Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery to site. • Communicate with carriers, logistics partners and vendors, and site staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. • Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. • Prepare transportation documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Evaluate the performance of logistics partners and vendors. • Implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations. • Provide support for inventory management and warehousing activities. • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
