We are a NGO-based Special Education Primary School located in Bandar Rimbayu specializing in academic learning for primary- age special needs students. In line with our expansion, we are seeking dedicated and passionate educators to fill following roles : Special Education Teacher Assistant (Full Time Positions Only) Key Responsibilities: • Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lessons • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during instructional activities. • Support students with daily tasks, including personal care routines if required. • Monitor student progress and behaviour, and communicate observations to the lead teacher. • Collaborate with other members of the educational team, including external service providers, to ensure holistic support for students. • Help prepare materials and resources for lessons and activities. • Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities as required. Qualifications: • Diploma in Special Education / Education or equivalent required; • Previous experience working with individuals with special needs is an added advantage. • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with students and educational team members. • Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the educational and developmental progress of students with special needs. • Able to deliver lessons in English and Bahasa Malaysia Benefits: Medical and insurance coverage, bursaries for further training/studies, and accommodation arrangements where necessary.
