The Executive, General Administration for OMCP plays an essential role in supporting the organization's administrative and facility management functions. The role will assist in maintaining office operations, managing facilities, and ensuring a conducive and safe work environment. This position involves collaborating with the General Administration team and other departments to meet the organization's administrative needs.
Administrative Support:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field.
Experience:
Experience in administrative roles.
Administrative Skills:
Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and procedures.
Facility Management:
Understanding of basic facility management concepts.
Team Player:

Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
The Executive, General Administration for OMCP plays an essential role in supporting the organization's administrative and facility management functions. Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Provide support in managing administrative processes to ensure efficient office operations.
- Support facility management tasks, including office maintenance, security, and ensuring a comfortable work environment.
- Assist in coordinating facility-related projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with the General Administration team to ensure office and facility-related tasks are effectively managed.
- Work alongside colleagues to enhance the organization's administrative efficiency.
- Participate in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Assist in event preparations and ensure they run smoothly.
- Interact with vendors and service providers under the guidance of the team.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with external vendors.
- Promote safety awareness and follow safety guidelines in the workplace.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to the relevant authorities.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to administrative tasks and facility management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the department's efficiency.
- Maintain open and effective communication with team members, colleagues, and external parties.
- Provide regular updates on tasks and activities to Management.
