Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing our e-commerce channels, and ensuring consistent brand engagement across all digital platforms. Moreover, we are keen to find a candidate whose dedication to our social mission of empowering women and children is as strong as their professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies that align with the brand's values and mission.
- Collaborate with external agencies such as PR and social media agencies, creative teams, and content creators.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development to ensure consistent branding and create sales.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators.
- Manage and lead the in-house marketing and creative team.
- Attend industry events including product launches, and promotional events, to strengthen the Mangosteen brand.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and wear multiple hats as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing management, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and e-commerce trends.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with both internal and external teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- A creative or writing background is a bonus, and experience in content creation, copywriting, or storytelling is highly valued.
