JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a strategic partner to plan and execute Talent Acquisition strategy with ability to manage overall hiring delivery.
KEY RESULTS AREA
End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical/non technical positions, from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation, background screening and onboarding.
- Ensure all new joiners’ documents/forms are completed & compliance before send for P file record.
- Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy specifically for technology roles, aligning with the company's growth targets and strategic goals.
Candidate sourcing and pipeline development
- Identify and leverage multiple channels for sourcing tech/non tech talent, including LinkedIn, GitHub, industry events, networking, and partnerships with coding bootcamps and universities.
Employer Branding
- Work closely with EB team to collaborate and enhance Touch 'N' Go Digital's employer brand within the tech/non tech community, ensuring visibility as an employer of choice.
Talent Market Insights
- Analyze and report on market trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape for tech/non tech roles to inform recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely feedback, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Facilitate onboarding process including briefing to new joiners to assimilate new joiners’ experience.
- Lead and drive Talent Acquisition initiatives/projects/campaigns.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand tech/non tech role requirements, hiring challenges, and workforce planning needs.
Diversity and Inclusion
- Promote and implement recruitment practices that support the company’s diversity and inclusion goals, ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, etc.) to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or HR are a plus.
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruitment processes with hands on experience, with at least 3 years focused on technology recruitment and strong understanding of technology roles.
- Experience in fast-paced environments like tech, fintech, or digital companies is highly preferred.
- Sourcing Expertise with proven track record of sourcing and hiring top technical talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and tech community partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and manage stakeholders and candidates effectively.
- Proactive, high sense of urgency and target-driven
- Analytical Mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics, market data, and trends to optimize hiring practices and align with industry standards.
- Project Management Skills. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting recruitment strategies as the company scales and industry trends evolve.
