Job Description
- To carry out all duties related to customer request.
- To liaise and build a good relationship with hospital’s person in-charge in meet their expectations towards company.
- To work closely with customer in order to fulfil their needs.
- To ensure all purchase orders being process according to the stipulated time.
- To immediately update hospital’s person-in-charge if any item order is short expiry item in order to get their approval before proceed for invoicing – via email, phone, WhatsApp.
- To prepare daily and weekly outstanding order report.
- To compile monthly outstanding order report for reporting purposes.
- To follow up on daily outstanding order with purchasing personnel.
- To promote alternative for all outstanding order if available.
- To maintain all related records for audit purposes.
- To conduct stock count exercise at HQ and other location if required.
- To carry out any duties as and when instructed by the management.
Qualifications Required
- SPM or Diploma in any discipline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
