  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Specialist with a focus on Business Intelligence (BI) tools. The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects in industries such as retail, manufacturing, distribution, or plantation. In this role, you will develop and maintain BI solutions, ensuring efficient data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to meet business needs using BI
  • tools such as Power BI and Qlik Sense.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for BI projects.
  • Implement data models and advanced calculations to deliver high-performance BI solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across BI systems.
  • Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues related to BI tools and data sources.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources and ensure data consistency.
  • Stay updated on BI technologies and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense.
  • Proven experience in projects relevant to retail, manufacturing, distribution, or plantation.
  • Strong data modeling skills and proficiency in DAX, Power Query, or similar.
  • Ability to manage and configure data sources across BI platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, OCI) for data management.
  • Certification in Power BI or Qlik Sense.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
