Roles and Responsibilities
· To handle all inbound calls relates to Water Filter complaints.
· To handle reply via Live Chat.
· To perform outbound calls in order to do satisfaction check with customer.
· Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
· Listen attentively to customers' needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
· Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
· Other Ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in related field.
· At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field covering customer service, sales coordination, sales support.
· Must have strong business acumen, self-motivated and result oriented.
· Able to communicate with customers in English and Bahasa.
· Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, multi-task and ability to work well in a team.
· Organized and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
· Able to work in fast-paced environment.
