Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance of assigned outlets in the region with clear targets and leadership.
  • Prepare performance reports (daily, weekly and monthly) and review the performance of the outlets with focus on sales and food safety. Take appropriate action and provide support to ensure targets are met.
  • Check bank-in reports of outlets to ensure daily sales takings are banked in on time.
  • Resolve sales and operations issues in an effective and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the support functions to address manpower, logistics, finance and administrative issues.
  • Conduct ROR (Review of Operations Risks) on food safety, SOPs, product quality and health risks to ensure compliance to required standards.
  • Manage customer complaints promptly and take effective action to prevent a recurrence of such complaints.
  • Verifications of outlet requisitions which includes stock take report, petty cash, claim, payroll, hiring of part time.
  • Provide operational support including skills, manpower, stocks or any related deemed necessary in event of function, business opportunities meant to maximize Company’s topline achievement.

Key Competencies

  • Ability to set clear direction and goals for the team.
  • Hands-on, broad operation experience in the local or international food service industry.
  • Has the experience and exposure to deliver Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  • Good Interaction skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to coach and motivate team members.
  • Passionate and result driven individual who is always keen in improving team’s performance and align with Corporate Office’s objective.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
