Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Managing the front office, meeting rooms, and discussion rooms.
  • Responsible for answering calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Collect and maintain employee files, such as applications, resumes, and other documents
  • Assist with recruitment process, learning and development activities and other clerical work under HR functions
  • Perform data entry and filing of all HR related documents
  • Able to Multitask, assist in HR matters and other ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Assist HR Supervisor and Executive in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
