  • To visit potential new companies to appoint them as MSB Agents or Cash in Cash Out (CICO) Merchant
  • To provide the required document checklist and collect the documents from the agents/merchants as per the checklist provided
  • To onboard the new prospect into Agent On-Boarding System namely AOB.
  • To upload all the collected documents including the site visit report.
  • To hand over all the documents to the processing officer/executive.
  • Upon approval or rejection of agent by Bank Negara or Ria’s internal processing team, call and notify an agent/merchant of approval.
  • To conduct visitation to the agent along with the agent support officer for the onboarding of the newly appointed agent/merchant.
  • To assist the agent support team for the commencement of the business.
  • To conduct a periodic visit to the agent to ensure the agent is getting regular support from the agent support officer.
  • To communicate and give feedback to the agent support on the issues and matters highlighted by agents.
  • To conduct a feasibility study on potential new branch locations for the agents.
  • To explore a new market for the set-up of the new agent’s location.
  • To undertake any other duties/responsibilities outside as deemed necessary.
  • To undertake other responsibilities or Jobs as required or as instructed by management

  • At least (2) years of experience in remittance and money exchange field or Sales/Marketing areas.
  • Education background of bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Understands the regulatory requirements for MSB Industry
  • Knowledge of sales and effective communication with the prospects
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
  • Understands eMoney Ecosystem and its related products
