Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Receive dealer order details, including product categories and quantities, from the manager, and organize them into standardized PO (Purchase Order) formats.
- Form Creation and Management: Use Excel or Google Sheets to create and manage order forms, ensuring that all order data is clear and accurate.
- Data Consolidation and SKU Organization: Organize order quantities by SKU to maintain complete data for future tracking.
- Communication and Coordination: Confirm order details with the manager, coordinate with the warehouse team (brand partner) to ensure timely shipping, and compile confirmed shipping information as needed.
- Payment Application: After payment amount confirmation, submit a payment request to the finance department and follow up on the process.
Requirements
- Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience, with a preference for those with order management experience.
- Skills: Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other form management tools, with strong data processing and analysis skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to effectively coordinate between the company and brand partners.
- Attention to Detail and Responsibility: Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility to ensure data accuracy.
- Mandarin speaking and reading skills preferred.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
