Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure accurate tracking of AP and AR transactions.
  • Assist in creating daily sales invoices and recording sales accounts accurately.
  • Provide necessary account statements and updates to the sales team to support ongoing sales activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and coordinate with internal colleagues to ensure the accuracy of financial accounts.
  • Handle general admin tasks as needed.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with various c accounting and financial tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a bachelor degree in finance, accountings or other business-related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling AP & AR.
  • Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with internal & external stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
