Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure accurate tracking of AP and AR transactions.
- Assist in creating daily sales invoices and recording sales accounts accurately.
- Provide necessary account statements and updates to the sales team to support ongoing sales activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and coordinate with internal colleagues to ensure the accuracy of financial accounts.
- Handle general admin tasks as needed.
- Assist the Finance Manager with various c accounting and financial tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a bachelor degree in finance, accountings or other business-related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling AP & AR.
- Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with internal & external stakeholders.
