Upstream BPO is Telemarketing leader in Asia, looking to hire an experienced TEAM to fuel growth and expansion for its ever growing team.

- Responsible for welcoming trainees and completing icebreaking sessions
- Responsible for on-site and online trainings of company products and soft skills for new hires as required
- Responsible for providing existing employees cross trainings as required
- Create training plan, training materials and assessments
- Evaluate trainees, identify weaknesses, and prepare personalized training curriculum, provide training feedback to leader on a regular basis
- Possesses effective delivery/training techniques and methods
- Understanding of teaching methodology, processes, learning theories and inter-personal and group dynamics to deliver training program, as well as relevant tools
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior/ management
Qualifications
- Proven experience 2 years as a Customer Service Trainer, preferably in Contact Centre
- In-depth knowledge of the training and sales process and best practices
- Good communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Effective time management, with the ability to work under pressure
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes in a fast-moving environment
- High level/fluency in both written and verbal English
- Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment
- Dedicated and passionate about giving great customer experience
- Ability to connect with people quickly to build rapport and relationships
- Team player – supporting and developing colleagues
- Well organized and able to prioritize workload. Self-motivated with a drive to develop and support others
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Quality assurance: 1 year (Preferred)
