Job Responsibility and Duties
- Overall in charge of retail outlet sales for Kids section and operations activities under respective zone
- To manage and ensure smooth daily store operations
- Set up children section cloths display
- Touring the sales floor regularly, to ensure proper upkeep of store image and conduct briefing on monthly promotion sales mechanics.
- To monitor and control monthly expenses & budget within the approved percentage set.
- To ensure all retail consultants are trained to respond and initiate solutions to overcome the complaints received from customers are resolved accurately, responsively, and timely.
- To ensure the administration of the outlets complies with the company’s standard procedures and policies.
- Ensure in-store visual merchandising is tasteful and up to date.
- Maintain good communication and working relationship with all staff within the store, and also with HQ staff.
- Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives and was responsible for the outlet Lost & Prevention.
- To ensure sufficient manpower to operate the outlet at all times.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline, training as well as plan and recommend staff development and training requirements.
- Daily smooth outlet operations – control shrinkage, cash/credit card collection & stock coordination.
Skills & Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/International Business or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in retail sales with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity
- Have experience with Kids retail clothing
- Responsible, motivated, and able to perform work independently with minimum supervision.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and flexible working schedules including weekends, public holidays, and on-call basis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with experience leading a sales team will be preferable
