Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic pharmacy retail team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and replenishment.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking new merchandise.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment.
  • Store Operations:
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Participate in store cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and guidelines (preferred).
