HR CUM ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

-QUALIFICATIONS-
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Willing start work immediately.

- JOB DESCRIPTION-
1. Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
2. Preparing Account Payable and Receivable.
3. Preparing Weekly & Monthly Ageing, Daily Cash Flow, Payment Voucher, Official Receipt, Statement of Account and Handling day-to day.
4. Preparing Job Costing.
5. Preparing and Assist on Tax / Auditor.
6. Prior experience in audit field will be an added advantage (experienced candidate may be considered for audit semi-senior or senior)
7. To handle HR matters relating to orienting, recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, leave management and attendance.
8. Handling Petty Cash.
9. Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Working hours : 8.00 - 5.30 (Monday - Friday).
Location : Bandar Puteri, Klang.
