Position Overview: We are on the hunt for a dedicated and service-oriented individual to become a part of our kiosk crew. As a kiosk crew member, you play an essential role in representing our brand and ensuring our customers have a delightful experience. Your responsibilities will range from serving customers to managing inventory.

Full time: 5 days a week (rotational shift)

Part time: 24 - 32 hours per week (rotational shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Provide them with product details, answer queries, and ensure a pleasant experience.
  • Scoop & Bake: Expertly scoop out cookie dough and bake it to perfection, ensuring each cookie meets our quality standards.
  • Packing: Efficiently and neatly pack cookies for customers, ensuring the presentation aligns with our brand image.
  • Inventory Management: Keep a meticulous record of stock, report any discrepancies, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Preorders Management: Keep track of and prepare preorders for customer pick-up, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Uphold the utmost level of cleanliness at the kiosk. This includes cleaning equipment, utensils, and the general kiosk area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow crew members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Basic arithmetic skills for inventory and cash handling purposes.
