Responsibilities:

  • Assists senior to update account and data entry
  • Monthly / Yearly finalizing of dormant account for audit purposes
  • Assists in monthly submission of GST/Service Tax/Withholding Tax, if any
  • To perform daily accounting operations, handling full sets of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Assist in carrying out common office duties whenever necessary.
  • Responsible, committed, have initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Other related responsibilities and ad hoc matters as assigned

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting.
  • Preferred experience from 1-2 years in same industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
