CZ - Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Communicate & manage with clients to meet their expectations & requirements.
• Prepare floor plan, construction drawings, conceptual drawings & designs.
• Participate in site meeting, site coordinating & inspecting.
• Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials to bring the design vision to life
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, technologies, and best practices
• Assist senior designers with larger-scale projects and mentor junior team members

Requirement:

• Candidate must process at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and to be open to adapt for New Software skills.
• Willing to learn, creative thinking, self motivated attitude & communication skills.
• Additional skills in sales, site coordinating, photo shooting & any other talent is a plus
