We are looking for a SEA Digital Wallet Integrated Marketing Associate to support marketing efforts for our client, one the largest mobile payment platform worldwide, a suite of cross-border digital payment and digitalization technology solutions connecting global brands with mobile-savvy consumers worldwide.

This role focuses on managing and executing marketing campaigns, including major events like 11.11 and merchant-specific promotions. The ideal candidate will be involved in both creative and technical aspects of campaign execution, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and channels.

What's Your Mission?

  • Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Alipay+ Rewards (a digital wallet-embedded voucher and benefits center), including large-scale campaigns like 11.11 mega deals and merchant promotions.
  • Responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, including: New product user acceptance testing (UAT), Page configuration and setup, Data tracking and reporting, Follow-up on customer service issues, and Post-campaign review and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including business development, product, technology, operations, and customer service, to ensure successful and timely campaign delivery.
  • Utilize copywriting skills and develop clear visual briefs to guide creative teams in producing campaign assets.
  • Take ownership of campaign timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and challenges are addressed proactively.

What You Bring?

  • Good proficiency in Mandarin and English with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create clear, concise visual briefs, collaborating effectively with design teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to track campaign performance and present insights.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a multicultural team, while adapting quickly to changes and maintaining attention to detail.
