We are looking to expand our sales team in Orencloud to create, develop, and close sales
opportunities with potential new customers. Our sales specialist will identify, sell, and
maintain relationships within customer accounts in his/her assigned territory. This person
is required to work closely with other sales and technical teams to accomplish his tasks related
to his opportunities.
To have a successful sales journey with Orencloud you should be an individual who is a team
player, responsible, energetic, motivated, willing to learn and improve his/her skills,
handling client’s objections effectively (after going through the internal training).
This position is suitable for someone who has passion to make cold calls to find
opportunities, or even use his personal connections, and qualify leads, and do proper follow
up on sales meetings and follow the end-to-end process defined by the leadership.
Job Description:
1. Identify and create new sales opportunities by developing and conducting research to
find quality and qualified sales leads to meet sales KPI
2. To maintain and develop good relationships with customers and partners
3. Maintain a database of clients and partners by regularly updating the CRM
4. Proactively identify and contact customers and partners to promote the company’s
solution offering
5. In-depth product knowledge of our products in order to competently handle the sales
process after going through the company’s training
6. Responsible for the entire sales cycle with all teams throughout the customers and
partners' journey with the company
Requirements:
- Fast learner with the ability to self-educate to have an in-depth understanding of the solution offered by the company.
- Must be independent, good at conducting research, and understanding competitive products and solutions.
- Ability to conduct onsite or remote presentations effectively, with an eye to identify and engage key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, in English or Bahasa (both written and spoken).
- Ability to produce reports as required by the management team.
- Preferably work in the same industry or selling IT software solutions before.
- Knowledge in IT and cloud will be an advantage.
