- Drive the business at the “front” with a real impact on our performance by support and executive business direction and strategy of assigned territory.
- Seek new business opportunities/ partnerships for expansion/ growth through competitive market intelligence.
- Provide business review and reporting of assigned territory.
- Regularly engage collaborators and partners; address business challenges/ concerns/ objectives by providing actionable solutions.
- Engage with consumer directly in outlets to obtain feedback and/ or insights and promote smoke-free future.
- Collaborate and work closely with other to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure physical optimization of reporting to create route plan with efficiency improvement and adhere to the call frequency required by each outlet.
- Act as a change enabler for transformation in assigned territory.
- Ensure self and all General Trade Retailer/ Key Account Collaborators/ Partners comply with the Company’s Principles & Practices, Code of Conduct, Commercial processes, local and Federal laws.

- Organized: Can break down a goal into manageable tasks and work efficiently to deadline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of sales, preferably in business development (B2B2C).
- Knowledge and understanding of important data performance metrics.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
- Creative thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Strong team player, approachable and supportive.
- Ready for relocation based on business needs
