Key Responsibilities:

Test and Diagnosis:
Perform functional tests on PCBAs using automated test equipment, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify faults or defects.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and isolate defective components or issues within the circuitry, determining the root cause of failures.
Debugging and Repair:
Conduct repairs on PCBAs, which may include replacing faulty components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, ICs), soldering, and reworking as necessary.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of test results, repair actions, and updates in the system. Generate reports on common issues or defects.

Requirements:

Educational Background:
Diploma or in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in PCBA testing, debugging, and repair is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading and understanding PCB schematics and technical documents.
Experience with test equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and automated testing tools.
Soldering and rework skills, including SMT (Surface Mount Technology) components.
Familiarity with industry standards for PCBA repair (e.g., IPC standards).
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues quickly and accurately.
